• Points Accumulation Rules
  • 1.Registration Points
  • You can get 100 points after registering as an NTNY member.
  • 2.Birthday Points
  • According to the information you provided at registration, NTNY will give 100 points to you on your birthday.
  • 3.Recommendation Points
  • Senior member can get 100 points for recommending a new member to register.
  • 4.Parent-Subsidiary Points
  • If a senior member has successfully recommended a new customer to register as an NTNY member, his/her membership card will be the parent card of this new member’s card. The new member can get 100% of points when he/she consumes by using membership card. At the same time, its mother card can get 20% of gift points.
  • A mother card has many sub-cards, but one sub-card can only have one mother card. When one of sub-cards is used for purchase, its mother card can get 20% of gift points, but this mother card’s mother card can not get any points. The points accumulation of mother card has only one-level gift relationship, it is not pyramid style.
  • 5.Shopping Points
  • When you make successful purchase at NTNY, you will receive the same amount of points as that of you paid excluding freight.
  • 6. Saving consumption Points
  • When you purchase successfully by using NTNY saving card, the points you get will be 1.5 times that of your saving consumption. For example, you purchased $100 of items at NTNY website, $40 was paid by saving card, and the rest was paid by other cards, then the amount of points you got was: 40x1.5+60=120.
  • 7.Access NTNY Website Points
  • a. Daily Access Points
  • A member who accesses NTNY website and login to his/her account for more than 3 minutes will receive 2 points every day. (Only get 2 points every day, even if you have logged in to your account many times in the same day.)
  • b.Weekly continuous Access Points
  • A member, who accesses and logs in to his/her account for more than 3 minutes at least one time every day within one week, will receive the following amount of points:
  • 7 (number of days) x 2 (points) x 1.5 (times) = 21Points
  • c. Monthly Continuous Access Points
  • A member, who accesses and logs in to his/her account for more than 3 minutes at least one time every day within one month, will receive the following amount of points:
  • number of days per month x 2 (points) x 1.8 (times) =108 points

  • 1. Enjoy Special Offers
  • If your previous year’s or this year’s annual amount of points reaches the required total, you can enjoy the following special offers:
  • Annual total amount over 2500 points, get 2% off each item;
  • Annual total amount over 5000 points, get 3% off each item;
  • Annual total amount over 7500 points, get 4% off each item;
  • Annual total amount over 10000 points, get 5% off each item.
  • 2. Participate in Lottery
  • If your previous year’s or this year’s annual amount of points gets up to 2500 and you have more than 200 consumable points which can be spent in participating in the monthly lottery. The prizes are:
  • One special prize: Coupons valued at $1000
  • One first prize: Coupons valued at $500
  • One second prize: Coupons valued at $200
  • Finalists: Coupons valued at $50
  • 3. Limited Edition Items Preemption
  • NTNY offers memorable limited edition items from time to time, if your previous year’s or this year’s annual amount of points gets up to 2500, you can enjoy the preemption. More points, more preemption.
  • 4. Participate in Points Shopping Promotion
  • NTNY hosts points shopping promotions from time to time. During the promotion, a part of amount of your purchase can be paid by your consumable points, 1 point offsets $1.
  • 5. Purchase Coupons
  • You can use your consumable points to purchase NTNY coupons. Every 500 points can buy coupons valued at $5.
  • Points Accumulation Duration
  • For your better using points and enjoying more offers, NTNY will regularly count your accumulated points over a certain period of time, and process your points according to the related rules.
  • 1.Accounting period is one year. The check out date is 10th April every year. That is to say, the period between 11th April the previous year and 10th April this year is considered an accounting period.
  • 2.In accounting day, 11th April every year, we will count and process your points for the previous accounting period: if your amount of points is over 10000, your full points will be transferred to the next accounting period; if your amount of points is less than 10000, your points will be depreciated by 50% and transferred to the next accounting period
  • For example:
  • a. In the first accounting period, your total amount of points is 10000. Even if you have consumed 3000 points, the rest of your points won’t be depreciated and will be fully transferred to the next accounting period.
  • b. In the first accounting period, the total amount of your points is 6000, if you have consumed 2000 points, the rest of your points will be depreciated by 50%: 4000 points/2 =2000 points.
  • 3. The first accounting period since NTNY opening is from 10th September 2008 to 10th April 2009. To appreciate our faithful members joined us during the first accounting period, we will give them double amount of points after processing their points during the first accounting period (11th April, 2009).
  • For example:
  • a. Your total amount of points in the first accounting period is up to 10000. If you have consumed 3000 points, the rest of your points will not be depreciated and will be doubled to 14000 points (7000 points x 2).
  • b. Your total amount of points is 6000 in the first accounting period. You have consumed 2000 points and the rest of your points will be reduced to a half: 4000 points /2=2000 points.
  • Definitions:
  • Accounting Date: 10th April every year.
  • Accounting Period: From 11th April this year to 10th April the next year. (Points obtained in every accounting period are only accumulated in the corresponding accounting period.)
  • Yearly Total Amount of Points: The total amount of points you have earned in the accounting period.
  • Consumable Points: Points for shopping.
